BESPOKE GARDEN ROOMS

Beautiful spaces.
Built for real life.

A little more space. A whole new way to use it.
Garden rooms designed and built around you, by Ian.

PERSONALLY DESIGNED. CAREFULLY BUILT.

A different approach

01 / ROOM TO BE YOURSELF

Not a room from a catalogue.
A room for your garden.

Every project starts with the space.

The light in the morning. The view from the house. The way you want to spend your time. We start with your garden and your ideas, and design a room that belongs there.

And then we build it.

Ian brings design and construction together, from the first conversation to the final finish. One point of contact, with a practical understanding of how your room will take shape.

03 / THE POSSIBILITIES

What will yours become?

Space to focus. Space to move.
Or just a little space to yourself.

Not every good idea fits a category.

Tell Ian what you have in mind

04 / MORE THAN A GOOD-LOOKING ROOM

Designed from
the ground up.

A room should work as well as it looks. The site, structure, light and finishing details all need to be considered together.

  1. 01

    The right proportions.

A roofline and footprint considered in relation to your garden and home.

  2. 02

    Light, where it matters.

Doors and glazing planned around the outlook, privacy and how you use the room.

  3. 03

    The details underneath.

Ground conditions, structure and services discussed as part of your individual project.

05 / A SIMPLE START

From “what if”
to welcome home.

  1. 01

    Start with a conversation.

Tell Ian about your garden, your ideas and what you need the extra space to do.

  2. 02

    Give the idea a shape.

Work through the layout, proportions, glazing and finishes around the space you have.

  3. 03

    Bring it to life.

Keep design and construction connected, with Ian as your point of contact throughout.

  4. 04

    Make yourself at home.

A space that becomes part of your everyday life, just a little closer to the garden.

06 / THE PERSON BEHIND YOUR ROOM

One point of contact.
From the very beginning.

When you talk about your garden room, you talk to Ian. The person who helps shape the idea is also the person who brings it to life.

It’s a personal way to build. Your questions, your decisions and the details that matter to you stay part of the same conversation.

Ian.

An empty corner.
Then this.

A look behind the finished room. Real photographs from the garden, through the build, to the space it became.

08 / BEFORE YOU BUILD

A few questions.
A clearer starting point.

Do I need planning permission?

Some garden rooms qualify for permitted development in England. The property, use, position and dimensions all matter; the 2.5m height rule is only one part of the check.

Read the planning guide
How much will my garden room cost?

Start with the site and the specification. Size, access, groundworks, glazing, services and finishes all belong in the quotation. Talk to Ian for a price based on your garden.

What to include in your budget
Can I use it throughout the year?

Plan for the way you will use it. Ask about the complete insulation, glazing, ventilation and heating specification, including the floor and roof.
